You can begin understanding your cycles and fertility by taking an introductory class. The introductory class is about an hour and a half long, and will give you the tools you need to begin charting. Please contact us for the introductory session schedule.
During the first year following your introductory class you will have a series of individual follow-up sessions to guide you through your continued learning, and to customize the charting to fit your individual needs. There is one follow-up every two weeks for the first two months of charting, then as you gain confidence and understanding these follow-ups will move to one month, then three months apart.
After the first year a long-term follow-up is always available as needed so you can purchase new charts and ask any questions you may have. A longterm follow-up is recommended avery 6 months to a year depending on your charting needs.
